There's such a load of different things on this web site including bits & pieces of my life & careers so far. I hope you like my recipes especially because taste in food is such a personal thing, and they represent my love and passion for food.

There are private and missing sections of my life too of course. Not everything can be on here, although there are certain people who deserve a special mention. I'd like to pay a special tribute to Lynette Wood, who tragically left us many years ago when she was so young, but who will live on in my heart and those of her family forever. Also I must express my love, gratitude and eternal respect for my late parents, Maurice Silver and Ruth Silver who are deeply missed but who continue to have a profound influence over my life and the development and education of my children, their grandchildren, Ben and Jake.

Thank you also to my girlfriend Ems and all my very dear friends for all your help, support & encouragement, without which I wouldn't be half the man I am. I'm truly blessed.
